Pathways is an 8-part small group workshop that helps youth and young adults identify and correct the lifestyle factors that cause or exacerbate depression and anxiety. Each session includes a short presentation and interactive, small group conversations using a proven workbook. Over the course of the program, we demonstrate practical, easy to implement, strategies that improve or maintain physical and emotional health and wellness. Pathways utilizes the workbook from the most studied and attended depression and anxiety recovery program in North America which on average provides a 30-100% improvement for those seeking freedom from depression and anxiety.
